These two independent apartments in a tiny house (upstairs & downstairs) offer you peace, tranquility, serenity, security, parking, Oceanview (upstairs only), ocean breeze, privacy, cleanliness, self cooking or outdoors eating etc. It is 5 minutes drive to Mile 6 beach and 15 minutes to Seme beach. There is a private Ngeme beach 200 meters away. There are several hotels with restaurants with maximum security at a working distance. It is very homey with huge compound and fruits trees.

The space
The upstairs is 1 bedroom, large living, kitchen, 2 balconies with oceanviews and a modern bathroom. Excellent for a couple or two people.
The downstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large living/dinning room, 1 kitchen and storage. Excellent for families, groups of 3 to 6 people (students) or 3 couples who want stay together and shared living/dinning room area. Both the Upstairs and downstairs are completely furnished.
