Experience serene surroundings in this house on the clearing in the woods. In the house it is low under the roof and most people have to bend a bit to walk through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern villages, 30 min to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets reply to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

The space
The house belonged to the millmaster at Eikeland's work, and ovens made at the work are still in use in the house. The house is over 2 floors with a living room, dining room and kitchen, and a bathroom on the 1 floor and 3 bedrooms on the 2 floor. The middle bedroom you will need to go through to get to the innermost part. Parts of the house are from the 18th century, and although it has recently been renovated, the authentic creaking of the floors is still there. 😊
