We will welcome you with pleasure in this new and independent studio and will give you our best tips.

Built at the back of our house, we have arranged it functionally and have taken care of its decor.

The space
For your convenience, the layout and equipment have been optimized. It includes a shower room with toilet, kitchen, living area with TV, Wi-Fi, pull-out sofa with bedding rated 4.5/5 at IKEA.

Outside you can enjoy a shaded terrace area with a barbecue for beautiful evenings.

Guest access
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the studio has free parking in front of the house.
Close to the main roads, you can enjoy all the spots in the region, Geneva, Chamonix, La Clusaz…easily.
Pringy's train station and shops are a few minutes away, Annecy center (6 km) or the lake 15/20 minutes away, thanks to the electric bikes provided and 10 minutes by car.
You can also take advantage of public transportation, with SIBRA lines 2 and 21 nearby. This network will take you to the city center or the lake in about 30 minutes.
