Our four bedroom villa is spread over two levels around a private pool with breathtaking sunset views over the Aegean and a 15 min walk away from the stunning beach of Xyla on the island of Kea. Set up to sleep 9 people in four spacious bedrooms with three full bathrooms, a stunning pergola with BBQ and massive dining table and an enormous from porch overhanging the Aegean. 10 mins away from the main port of Kea and 15mins from the bustling nightlife @Vourkari it is the perfect location in Kea

The space
The villa is spread over two floors around an inner yard and a private infinity pool. The top floor comprises the kitchen, living room and dining room leading out to the enormous front porch overlooking the aegean as well as the side pergola with the built in BBQ.
The four bedrooms are at the lower floor clustered around the inner yard, shaded by an enormous olive tree and having direct access to the swimming pool.
There is Wifi coverage over the whole house and external areas with enough bandwidth to support video streaming
