Ursula’s was a marvelous place to stay for a quick getaway! It has a fantastic veranda which is best enjoyed with a chilled bottle of white wine after a day exploring the nearby town of Annapolis. The room was very well appointed, and we appreciated the little touches: copious bottled water in the fridge (it has its own fridge!), wine glasses on hand, fresh towels, and maps of the local area and eateries. Ursula’s recommendations for Annapolis are also on-point – we had the best crab cakes we’d ever had at the Boatyard Bar & Grill in Eastport (though, bring money, you will need it – at $16 a pop!). Logistically, she made it very easy for us – including a parking spot out front and a door entry system based on our phone number so we could come and go as we pleased. Ursula herself was a very personable host, well-accompanied by the feisty yet adorable Spinnaker the dog, who talks a big game but is actually a complete softy. All in all, exactly what we were looking for!

Ursula is such a wonderful host! She provided so many thoughtful touches including coffee and breakfast in the morning, local recommendations and maps. The master bedroom suite is lovely and was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend Ursula and her beautiful home!

Ursula's AirBnb was comfortable, very clean and in a quiet, residential location. It was a quick car or Uber trip to the center of Annapolis, full of amazing restaurants, shops and the Naval Academy. Ursula was very welcoming but not at all intrusive. She left us some great recommendations for restaurants and brochures for local attractions. The accommodations included a Keurig freshly stocked with coffee and tea, a mini - fridge with some light, fresh snacks and a microwave. It was a very relaxing weekend and worth the price. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Annapolis.

Really nice stay. We appreciated the quiet location for a couple of nights after spending A full day at the lively Annapolis boat show. Room was comfortable, very clean, and it was also a very good surprise to find bottles of cold spring water, yogurts and fresh fruits. We recommend the place.

Ursula's room was quiet, comfortable, very well appointed and convenient to downtown Annapolis by car or Uber. We had a great night's sleep and appreciated thoughtful touches like the stocked Keurig, milk for coffee, and terry cloth robe. The price was reasonable and we also enjoyed (bonus!) meeting the Spinnaker the barge dog.

This was a perfect location for a wedding we came into town for. Ursula was a great host. She let our dog out and played with her. The room came with an attached bathroom and a little balcony. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Ursula User ProfileUrsula is a superhost.

I'm a professional trainer and author in project management who loves to sail and participate in sailboat race management. I've lived here in Annapolis for over 30 years and still love it. I have a wonderful small Schipperke (dog), who may greet you at the door; and two outdoor/indoor cats, who are rarely around.
