Located in the centre of the historic market town of Hexham, Northumberland. This is a unique eighteenth century 3 bedroomed townhouse with town centre parking. Spread over three floors, this generous accommodation is a unique place to relax and unwind. Comfortably sleeps four with antique detailing and original features including beams throughout the property.

The property is located in a market town on a commercial street. It sits in the heart of the town next to a popular gastropub. The pub also shares the outdoor alleyway for access.

There is no outdoor space associated with this property apart from a courtyard which has an outdoor seat. Sele Park and Bandstand are only a five-minute walk away if you want to find a space for a picnic or for the children to have a run-around.

Guest access
The property sits in the heart of the town in one of the most historic streets full of independent retailers. During the day, it is bustling but at night you will be surprised at how quiet it can be. Hexham Abbey is a stone's throw away, as is the beautiful Sele Park and historic bandstand.
You will have a parking permit for a space that is 5 minutes walk away. Unloading is permitted outside the property but it is double yellows so this is restricted to 10 mins.

Neighbourhood highlights

Historic Hexham Town Centre. You will be surrounded by some beautiful architecture which includes Hexham Abbey, the Moot Hall and the Old Gaol. Five minutes walk will take you into Sele Park, gardens and Hexham House. Hexham Abbey is around a two-minute walk from the house.
With a play park and lots of open space, the Sele is a car-free zone to let the children run free.
The house nestles above beautiful Market Street which is full of independent shops and businesses. A 15-minute walk will take you down to the River Tyne and Tyne Green. From here, you can take a walk to Warden.
Opposite you have the fabulous, Grateful Bread bakery offering delicious sourdough and don't forget to try the cinnamon buns!! Next door you have the gastropub, The Heart of Northumberland and down the road, you have Bouchon Bistrot which is an award-winning French restaurant.
10 minutes walk will take you to the major supermarkets
