This was our first experience with a vacation rental home and it could not have been better. The home was even better than the online pictures, it was beautiful. They even had a surprise gift waiting for us when we arrived. Christian and his daughter Kristen, came to greet us and explain the workings of everything. He even sent us a list of all the area attractions, restaurants, beaches and shopping highlights. We loved the Rose Garden area, we went for a walk every morning and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We will definitely return to Cape Coral and rent from Christian again.

The house was amazing! Clean and nice. Stylish design on the interior. Beautiful, quiet area where one could stroll in the evenings as we Swedes like. We loved the pool area.Christian was a wonderful host who helped with tips and ideas on activities. He responded immediately when you tried to reach him. We could easily go back to Cape Coral! We recommend Christian 100% hosted, to this or any of his other houses.

This is a beautiful residence in a lovely neighborhood. The house was all we expected and more. This is the first time we have rented through this website and would have no problems doing it in the future. Christian was there with the cleaning people when we showed up, earlier than expected, and arrangements were made to meet later after the cleaning crew had finished. Thank you for letting us rent this wonderful home.

We had a perfect stay. The house was clean and comfortable as per the description. As the owner and property manager Christian was a kind host with a great sense of service. I definitely recommend this place even though the EUR/USD conversion rate did not help to keep it affordable at the time we were visiting Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's located in quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of Tarpon Point Marina. Christian was easy to work with and very accommodating. We had no troubles with the house, everything was exactly as described. There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and glasses to use in the kitchen. Christian sent us a list of recommended restaurants and attractions to visit while we were in Cape Coral, which was very helpful. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and golf clubs in the garage to use if you so desire. I highly recommend saying at this property.

Great house in a nice safe neighborhood. Really close to groceries and restaurants. You need a car ofc, but thats a given in the States. Walking distance to a hotel marina area with a couple of restaurants and nice walk around the marina. Perfect for families with kids, bedrooms on each side of the house , so one kid didnt wake the other etc. Pool was nice too with sun all day, and the "bug cage" around the patio kept the area bugfree at night. I would go back in a heartbeat, highly recommended!
