You will be welcomed in a beautiful renovated family house, in the countryside, in a green setting of several hectares. Enjoy exclusive use of the building, the large swimming pool, the pool house, the facilities, and meals under the trees. Ideal for relaxing, reconnecting with nature, with friends or family in this peaceful and relaxing environment. The estate nestled inland is however located just half an hour from the beaches of Hyères.
The space
The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room library/Stereo/TV/Billiards, a large dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor, 4 bedrooms with closets, 1 small bedroom/office, 2 shower rooms (one with toilet) and 1 bathroom (with toilet). This spacious villa is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, American fridge, flat screen, iron, hairdryer etc... It has Wi-Fi and internet phone. We also provide you with a "baby" folding bed and a high chair. Sheets and towels are provided. You can enjoy exclusive use of the large swimming pool, its pool house with plancha, garden furniture, eight "sunbathing" chairs, ping-pong table and foosball. Two outdoor spaces are dedicated to meals under the trees, and after a good lunch, petanque balls are at your disposal to end the day pleasantly. There is a swing for children.

The estate is located 6 kilometers from the village by taking the forest road. The house is then accessed by a dirt road, and you can easily park your vehicles near the building. Although in the middle of nature, you will find everything you need (bakery, supermarket, doctor, nurse, etc.) nearby, about 10 minutes away by car.
The property extends over several hectares and is not fenced.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor and the access staircase is not very wide, unfortunately it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
