The area is a real find - everything that's good about the Gorges du Tarn, but without the other visitors! Great kayaking, walks, peaceful, natural area with everything within 30, 60 or 90 minutes! Noel and family couldn't have been a better host - and it's well worth asking him about the history of Le Moulin and about facitilies in the area - he knows it well. Highly recommended.

We have spent a week Noël's place and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The Moulin is situated in the most idyllic and breathtaking setting, where you will be surrounded by trees, singing birds, and the sounds of the babbling river. The Moulin has everything you need: Comfy beds, a kitchen with all amenities, a nicely sized bathroom and even a pizza oven! Despite being situated in a valley and there being no aircondition in the house, it is cool and comfortable inside during the day, as well as during the night. Noël, Lisbeth, and baby Etienne were absolutely wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. We hope to come back to their beautiful and cozy home sometime in the not too distant future.

The stay at the Watermill of Noel and Lisbeth was a pleasure! They helped us with everything and were very kind and friendly. At least our group of 9 people felt very welcome and the Watermill was as beautiful as we expected!

"How do you describe Perfection?" This is the question we all asked ourselves as we left the Watermill House... a peak point in our 9 months of travelling around the world! What an absolutely beautiful, picturesque, tranquil, delightful place! The house is just the right mixture of old fashioned / rustic / antique combined with homey, comfortable, just plain WONDERFUL! Our family stayed for 3 nights, and wished we had been able to stay longer. But the absolutely highlight of the already peak stay is definitely the hosts. Noel and Lisbeth (& their charming little son!) are some of the most Quality people we have yet to encounter! They told us about the history of the area, the best places to swim in the river, stories of the town and the buildings, and where to find the paths in order to collect firewood for the hundreds-of-years-old wood oven, which Noel helped us get going, and we made wood-fired pizzas, as well as a first attempt at baguettes! It was thoroughly "awesome" as my teenage daughter declared, on every level! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped (which was a delightful surprise following many of the other places we've stayed!), and the house just absolutely FULL of personality! We were sad to leave this place and these wonderful people, and already we're trying to figure out how soon we can come back!!!

Wow we absolutely loved our time here! The house is amazing. Beds are so comfortable and you have everything you could possibly need, but the best part of all is the outdoor space! Dinner outside everynight was a dream and we loved sitting in the river during the hot days! Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to have a relaxing, authentic vacation. Noel and his family are wonderful people and so friendly and helpful.

Très belle expérience, nous avons pu profiter du calme et de la beauté des lieux durant un week-end. Noël est très réactif pour répondre aux interrogations. Je vous recommande sans hésiter un séjour au moulin !
