Beautiful in Massouri Armeos directly below the Grande Grotta. Newly renovated, cheerfully painted and with nice details. Each of the three studios has a separate balcony facing the sea. There is also a shared terrace with a cozy sitting area and grill. Fast Internet and a workplace offer the possibility of remote work / home office.

The space
Sunshine Studios are about a 5-minute walk from Massouri in Armeos. This puts them outside the bustling tourist village. They are ideally located for climbing: exactly between the two accesses to the climbing areas Grande Grotta, Panorama, Poets and Kalydna. Below is the Monster Café with delicious cappuccino and snacks. There is also play, fun and childcare for the little ones. Next door is a small supermarket with its own bakery, which offers fresh baked goods every morning.

As already described, there is Fani's Minimarket with its own bakery right next door, which provides everything for everyday needs - even very tasty wholemeal bread. About two minutes away, Tsopanakos Restaurant also provides a delicious dinner with local products (own goat cheese, olives, goat and lamb meat, fish from local fisheries). In the other direction is the Philoxenia Hotel, whose pool you can use if you consume something in the integrated café/restaurant. A little further is the well-known Elena Village with a larger publicly accessible pool - very child-friendly. The large Massouri beach is about 10 minutes' walk away.
