It's probably not a good fit for folks that are looking for a weekend of partying (though we appreciate those too sometimes, this just isn't the place for it).
Specifically, we ask that you:
1. Refrain from smoking of any substance in the house or on the property
No illegal activity

I am a New England transplant (Maine) and have
Iived and worked in Memphis for six years. The things I love most about Memphis is the variety of activities one can choose from. I love being active and outdoors as much as I can. You won't want to miss tasting some good BBQ and watching sunset on the Mississippi and exploring Shelby Farms park....the largest urban park in the country. I am just a short drive from downtown Memphis and Beale Street and Graceland. I love to travel and have been an air bnb guest. I look forward to helping to make your stay in Memphis comfortable and enjoyable.
