Are you looking for seclusion and privacy? Then welcome to Buckhorn Cottage on Lake Eufaula. Located at the end of a road on almost a full acre. Remodeled 3 bed 2 bath home located in a golf cart community just a few miles from HWY 69. Neighborhood boat Ramp access within 150 yards of the property. Circle Drive with plenty of parking. Paved roads all the way to the property. Lounge on the porch swing, gather around the firepit or watching sunsets over the ridgeline. Hot & Cold outdoor shower.

The space
Wooded lot on a dead end road with plenty of privacy and seclusion. Golf cart community with boat ramp access. The outdoor space is loaded with amenities for both kids and adults. Outdoor dining, hot & cold outdoor shower, porch swing, fire pit, swing and zipline. Mature trees all the way around the property with a small creek off the porch. Full gravel driveway, covered boat parking, storm shelter and wrap around porch. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen for both short and long stays. Starlink internet with streaming video service in the living room and master. Board games, puzzles and books can be found in the kids boat room along with Full over Full bunk beds. Each room is furnished with new bed frames, mattresses and linens.

Guest access
Guest will have access to all areas of the property except the shop and storage shed.

Other things to note
RV Pad with 30amp electrical and water hookup is available for an additional fee. Inquire with host before booking. Gray and Black water tanks will need to be disposed of off-site.
