Garden level apartment, composed of:
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with closet and 160 cm bed
-1 air-conditioned living room with sofa bed. The sofa is comfortable with a real 140 cm mattress.
-1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet
- equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator (large fridge, 190 cm), freezer, washing machine...
The kitchen overlooks a terrace with sea view separated by large bay windows.

The residence has a swimming pool.
The pool is very large and ideal for the end of the day back from the beach, or for a few lengths when you wake up!
To avoid remarks, I would like to point out that the pool liner deserves to be renovated (planned, calls for funds launched) but this does not detract from the fact that you can swim, cool off and enjoy it!
There is a small beach attached to the residence and another beach ideal for children (Fleur d'Épée hotel beach) 700 m away.
There is outdoor parking for the residence but the spaces are not privatized.

Other things to note
2 km from the residence there is a large Leclerc supermarket.
Halfway there, a supermarket for repairs.
There are also bars/restaurants within 1 km. However, we advise you to rent a car during your stay!

Ideal for crisscrossing Guadeloupe because apart from the daily traffic jams.
Bakery, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants in the immediate vicinity (less than 2 km).
Tennis court, aquabike, aquagym in the area (less than 2 km too).
if there are water outages in the neighborhood, we do not suffer because we have a tank.
