The location is exceptional. It is 2 blocks from the Kennedy Park, the most visited park in Miraflores and 10 minutes from the Indian Market. The boardwalk (Parque del Amor) is also very close and can be reached on foot or with scooters which are easily rented throughout the district.

The area is the most requested by tourists and travelers who want a quiet area but close to all the lively Lima.
