A friend and I stayed at Dev's flat for a month whilst doing an internship together in London. This was a really lovely flat that made me smile every time I came home at the end of the day. The spacious living and dining area was particularly attractive, and the view out towards the neighbouring park was very nice too. Dev was very helpful and responsive -- he kindly showed us around the flat back when we were still deciding on a place to stay, and after we had moved in he kept us informed, e.g. when the cleaners were coming in. Everything was working perfectly for the duration of my stay: TV, hobs, washing machine/dryer, and the internet was fast too. Others have noted that the flat is unfortunately close to a train line, which is fairly noisy from the second bedroom if you leave the windows open. The windows are good at blocking out the noise though, so I didn't lose any sleep because of that. I genuinely loved living in Dev's flat, and I was very sad to leave when my stay came to an end. Highly recommended!

Dev and Anna were great hosts. They are very kind and attended to us very well. Dev would call from time to time to check up and see if we needed anything. The flat was open and spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms were big, the amenities and appliances were complete. They had everything we needed. It was very peaceful and quiet although there is a train that runs outside, it never bothered us. There were a few minor issues during our 6 month stay. Dev was very accommodating and had things fixed and sorted out right away. We had such a wonderful time and we love the place very much. I highly recommend this flat!

Two bedroom, two bath flat in secure complex with view of public park and walking distance to food stores, pubs, and public transportation. Convenient to Queen Mary University of London, where I was teaching for a month. The arrangements were easy, we were met at the flat as we came from the airport, and Dev answered questions during our stay. The size of the flat was just the right size for us, and it was priced right.

Dev was really nice, friendly and helpful. The flat was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location was easy by public transport - about a 5-10 min walk to 3 different tube stations. The children enjoyed the park and playground that is next to the flat. There is a canal nearby which is an interesting walk to Canary Wharf. The trains took some getting used to as they are very loud but a trade off for no traffic noise. The flat is nice and modern and was supplied with all we needed to get started. I am a single mom with 3 daughters and I need convenience and easy to use, safe and comfortable, and this met all these criteria.

Dev was a true gentleman, and his property was beautiful. We were able to meet Dev in the morning and check in without any dramas. He showed us around and gave us all the information we needed about our stay. The apartment itself is right on the park, with the park views out of the entertainment/kitchen area as well as the main ensuite bedroom. The second bedroom has a bathroom opposite its door, and acts just like an ensuite for those in the second bedroom. The whole flat is spacious and there's plenty of room to move about - we had three people staying there, but there's lots of room for more if entertaining. The front balcony has incredible views from Canary Wharf, all the way down to the City of London and you can even see the London Eye in the distance! It was perfect for our stay over NYE! In regards to the trains mentioned by another reviewer, the noise was definitely noticeable, but we didn't find it overly loud or annoying. The trains tend to stop running around midnight, and start at 5am-ish, but again, this was not an issue for us. The whole street is a gated community, meaning there's a swipe-key required for entry into the street, then again for the building, and again to enter the level that the apartment is on, topped off with a physical key for the apartment door. VERY secure. Very close to public transport - busses and tube stations. Would not hesitate to stay here again - we felt very welcome, and would like to thank Dev for his hospitality. I would recommend this apartment to everyone! Thank you Dev, for a wonderful holiday!

Dev's apartment is spacious and very clean. The area is great, right off Regents Canal and a short walk to Victoria park, and close to three tube stations making it convenient to get around. Dev was super friendly and fairly easy to get a hold of. My only issue was with noise- the trains run (basically) all night and on weekends we were kept up by partying neighbours. Overall it's a nice place to stay and we had a positive experience.
