The master room is called Area 51 because it's very secret!!! The other room has a 1.05 bed and is Zone 0. These are inside a three-story house where the hosts live.

There is no access to the kitchen, except for the terrace with very nice views.
The bathroom, in the middle of the two rooms, is private, just for you. You'll have a lot of privacy, it's perfect. Parties are not allowed.

The space
This place is in a corner of the house where we live. It's super quiet. Large windows overlooking the Sierra de Madrid where you can see the Monastery of El Escorial. The room has a double bed and a small desk, fridge, kettle and microwave. The other single room has a 1.05 cm bed and overlooks a garden. Everything is well cared for and we like our guests to be comfortable.

During your stay
I will be available on my mobile for any questions you may have. There is an entrance to the Manzanares Basin in the Sierra de Madrid less than 50 meters away and about 4.2 km away the beautiful "Cascada del Covacho" I'll show you how to get there if you want.

Other things to note
About 50 meters away, you enter directly into the Manzanares Basin, that is, you are in the middle of the countryside and 200 meters away there is a huge and flat stone where you can see one of the most beautiful sunsets or get up early and walk in the Sierra between wild daisies, pines, oaks, junipers, Jacas and lavenders. And 4 km away is the Covacho Waterfall. Cot is €10

FIRST: you will have SILENCE, tranquility, privacy and INTIMACY, even in the shared spaces like Es, ÁREA 51 or ZONA 3, of the same PIPA HOUSE. Son independent areas Casa Pipa II and Suite "Casa Pipa" Wow SECOND: the environment is wonderful because fifty meters from the house, there is a protected reserve called the MANZANARES BASIN with mountains and paths to get lost. If you like the trails 4km away is La WATERFALL del COVACHO, it is beautiful, hidden among trees and giant stones. Then there is the Ruta Collado Villalba -PICO AGUILA- CANTO HASTIAL -SILLA del DIABLO, see on the Internet, well known for lovers of mountain routes.
