This place is in a GREAT location walking distance to many major sites, restaurants, shopping and the river. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room were very spacious. The Air Conditioning worked well. Gosia communicated well and met us and let us in on time. I would highly recommend staying at Gosia's place!!

The location is golden, very close to Spanish Steps and subway next to them. Short walk to Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. 30 min walk to Vatican. The apartment is larger than we expected and had everything we needed. Air-conditioning worked very well (one unit in each bedroom) which was tremendously appreciated in the scorching heat of this summer. The communication with the host and the check in process were very easy and timely. We had a great experience in Rome!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Rome. The place was a good size for us and the kitchen, master bed and bathroom was updated and very nice. Gosia was an awesome host. She was very prompt with responding to questions and she was very flexible with us. We were originally supposed to leave at 10 am even though our plane left at 9 pm and Gosia let us stay as long as we needed that day, which gave us time to rest and pack for the trip home. The appartment was great and it was never hot we ran 2 AC units and it kept the entire place very comfortable. This place is nearby some grocery store which helped save on some food costs and the kitchen was very modern looking which was a nice touch. The place was about 6 min from the spanish steps, 10 from the trevi, 12 from the pantheon, and 30 min from St Peter's. If you are planning to visit Rome with family or friends get a hold of Gosia and stay at her place you will love it.

The location of the apartment is obvious excellent! Though it does not seem private, but intended for rent, we had good contact before arrival and were received nicely and kindly, not by Gosia but by a manager, Elena. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space for clothes. A small table for the sofas in the living room could have been usefull . No. 1 bath is very nice, No. 2 bath too, but it is poorly maintained: mold and calcium in the shower cubicle, hand shower completely useless due to calcification (we put it in vinegar, it helped), bad hanging area for towels, bad soap. The mattress in bedroom 1 is, as many have written before, really hard and not good to lie on, and there are generally missing lamps, - and electric bulbs in some of the existing. Only 1 dishtowel and no towel for hands in the kitchen, but we were kindly advised where we could find more (and we had not discovered that there was a dish rack in the closet over the sink where the service could dry, sorry for that). Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay, and managed the thing about not to be allowed using both air cons at the same time. Thank you! Annette

This apartment exceeded our expectations. You could not find a better location in all of Rome. The rooms are large with high ceilings and located on a quiet narrow street close to many great restaurants and shops. Arriving at the apartment and meeting to receive the keys went flawlessly. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. We are very thankful for the generous hospitality. In addition, Gosia was very sweet and helpful when we realized that we left items in the apartment and she quickly shipped them to us. It certainly was going above and beyond and we were so grateful.

This is a lovely, spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment. It is close to restaurants, the Tiber River (which helped us with navigating by foot through the labyrinth of Roman streets) and a taxi stand. Everything was perfect.
