"Paddlers Rest" is new to the market following a total refurbishment. Spectacular sea views from the lounge towards Fort Albert, Hurst Castle and the Lighthouse. Enjoy the best sunsets on the Island from the patio or a 3-minute walk to the private beach. Beautiful coastal walks with many restaurants and cafes along the way. Ideal location for families, walkers, cyclists or artists!

The space
Refurbished to a high standard, we offer an extremely comfortable and well-equipped holiday house which is furnished to include everything you need for a relaxing, enjoyable break. A very cosy seating area with a 43" flat-screen Smart TV, newly installed central heating, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cool box & blanket with picnic set. BBQ, Superb bathroom with thermostatically controlled shower. Anti Allergy bedding, towels and a welcome basket.

A lovely short meander takes you along the seafront to Colwell Bay, with shops, restaurants and paddleboard hire. The famous and ever-popular restaurant The Hut is well worth a visit! Continue along the coastal path to Totland Bay, with the Waterfront and Totland Pier restaurants open for food and drink. Nearby Freshwater offers two supermarkets for provisions, with a local fishmonger and butcher on the high street. Walk to the famous Fort Victoria, enjoy a coffee on the beach, then continue to the lovely vibrant harbour town of Yarmouth with its fabulous shops, restaurants and pubs.
