This is our home. We love it. We care about it, we also care about sense of space and quality of time. We hope you do too.
This 160m2 (1700sqft) w/high ceilings, 1 bedroom unit is located on the 4th fl. of a historic semi-residential building. Although, we love to think that the place is full of peace, comfort and personality; the true magic of it is exactly where it's located. It's barely a minute away from the ferries and somehow sits quietly in the very middle of hustle and bustle of Kadikoy

The space
- One large balcony in the living room with overlapping views of chaotic Kadikoy port and beautiful Golden Horn across the Bosphorus. Sun-set, everyday.
- East facing small balcony in the Bedroom that overlooks the picturesque "Tellazade" Street known with antique stores, record shops and pubs.
- East, South, West facing windows play with the light throughout the day. Sun-block shades on the bedroom side of the house. See through shades on the living room and kitchen.
- Fastest fiber connection provided in the area. Can be buggy in Turkey though.
- Oversized pull-out couch is super easy to convert to a queen size bed or a black-hole of a lounge, even when someone is laying on it.
- Active subscriptions for Apple TV+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, BluTv, Bein Connect along with purchased library on AppleTV . Also an X-Box with loads of games (2 controllers). High-end projection in the living room, TV in the bedroom.
- All the lights are on dimmers where possible.
- Well-organized, fully-equipped, spacious kitchen with semi-professional equipment. Please feel free to use all the spices and durable ingredients you find in the kitchen to your liking. Nespresso Machine with capsules that should be sufficient for your stay. Hopefully, you'll find the time to enjoy the kitchen since you'll be living block away from the best fresh food market in town in terms of variety and quality.
- Washer/Dryer and a very elegant way to hang your clothes in the bathroom if you prefer. Iron, iron board, hair dryer. A shower that you won't ever want to get out of. Door separated, comfortable toilet.
- Full closet and drawer spaces are cleaned-out for the guests. For the families, traveling with babies or kids, we would be happy to remove all the little toys and figures that likes to hang around the plants in the unit.
- Maid Service, twice a week, is included. Guest can schedule the dates based on their own preference. She's been with us forever and she is very accountable and efficient. Please DO let us know if you prefer 'not' to use the maid services.
- It's actually a two-bedroom apartment. We keep one to keep the place clutter free for your convenience.
- Building door closes at 8pm. There's no buzzer. Any deliveries after 8pm, we have to deserve them and climb 4 flights. Speaking of deserving, we now also have a very sufficient isolation gym in the space that’s perfect for bodyweight exercises.
- There's no AC in the bedroom. The AC in the living room is sufficient for the open layout.

Kadikoy is the historic and ever lasting hub of Istanbul on the asian side. Recently, it's been re-discovered.
As you're stepping out of the building you'll find yourself in the rush of 'Kadikoy Carsi'. It's everything you'd expect from an historic port... and more; lots of commerce, traditional food as well as modern culinary, real good patisseries, many many ways to drink, party and socialize. Kadikoy can accommodate variety of budget and taste expectations, we'll be happy to help with suggestions.
Super hip and trendy 'Moda' begins within 4-5 minutes walk. If anything new is happening in Istanbul, it's likely to be happening here:). 'Yeldegirmeni' another trendy neighborhood is 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. Well, if you rather walk 2-7 minutes and take a ferry there's a boat from Kadikoy to... pretty much every destination worth seeing in Istanbul and the islands.
