A 3 night stay at Raphaels' apartment. Overall very pleased with our stay, great location close to shops / beach / Carmel market and good nightlife and restaurants. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and has a nice powerful shower. Fan above the bed which is excellent if you don't like air con, the aparment is on the ground floor and very secure with an alarm and bars over the windows, there is no noise from traffic or neighbours. Raphael met us and was very helpful and considerate.

Our stay at Raphael's apartment was very pleasant. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. Raphael was very responsive and also reached out to us several times during our stay to check if everything is in order and if we need anything. The only minus is that the shower is very small. It wasn't an issue for us but for bigger/taller people it will be a challenge to use it comfortably.

First of all, before we arrived, I sent a fewemails to Raphael and he was very punctial to answer. That was great, because I felt some kind of responsiblity of his even before I met him personally. Rafa's girlfriend Liat met us, and she was so nice that I felt sorry that we hadn't meet before) The apartment itself fits perfectly for a young couple as we are. - it's rather spacious and quiet - the bedroom is not just a room with a bed in the middle, there is a dressing table, a chair and a wardrope. - The kitchen area is also great - thougn we didn't cook anything, there were all opportunites for that. - location is good as well. It's a minute walk from shinkin, two - from Rotschild blvd. The street itself is very calm and green. I liked that everything is neat and clean. Everything makes you want to spend more time in the apartment. And feel like at home. Raphael and Liat were very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

I stayed here for 40 days during a work trip. In summary: perfect location, clean, functional, and great service from the host. On top of that the price is a good value compared to other options in the area. Tel Aviv is not a city where one stays at home. This apartment puts the city right at your front door, within 5 minutes walk of stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs, art galleries, parks, and more. You can walk in almost any direction to find interesting things: Sheinkin, Allenby, King George, Marmorek, Ibn Gabriol, Dizengoff, and Rothschild are right there. 24 hour stores (AM/PM), kiosks, ATMs, and other conveniences are also close-by as well. The beach is a little further, a short bike ride or 15 min walk through Bograshov. But despite being close to busy areas, the apartment is quiet, easy to get a good night's sleep. The apartment itself is very clean and well kept, decorated with more vintage decor, and comfortable for 1-2 people. Everything functions well: AC, hot water, electricity, refrigerator, internet. The kitchen is small but functional. Don't plan on preparing large dinners for friends/family. But to be honest it's better to just enjoy the fine cuisine close-by in the area. There is also no washer/dryer, but it's actually easier and inexpensive to just use a laundry service. The apartment is on the first floor, convenient for easy entry/exit, and it stays cool even in the hottest month of August. If you have a bicycle or scooter there is a backyard area to lock it, safer than keeping on the street. Raphael was very professional. The apartment was ready on time, with good instructions for everything. I was also given a list of places to places to visit and other local advice. Raphael also regularly checked in by email/phone to make sure there were no problems and to offer help.

My name is Raphael Zilberstein and I am a business managment student. I was born in Israel and I am half french (speak fluent French and English) .
I've got a lot of knowledge about Tel-Aviv: restaurants, nightlife, cafe and the beautiful sea. Tel-Aviv is 'the' place to be in the summer!
Whether you need a good restaurant recommendation, bike rental for your stay or just some general tips--I'd be more than happy to help in any way I can.
