Garth Bach is set in an exclusive private estate surrounded by mature trees overlooking the stunning Sychnant valley in the Snowdonia National Park, easily accessible to Snowdon as well as the North Wales coast. Conwy with its historic castle is just a 10 min drive away with Llandudno with its famous Georgian promenade, theatre, gallery and restaurants a short drive away. Visitor attractions include the famous Zip World and Bodnanr Gardens are on the doorstep. Volt Share EV charger on site.

The space
This newly completed barn conversion has been finished to a very high standard. Set overlooking the stunning Sychnant valley the property affords panoramic views and is set in 2 acres of landscaped grounds. Please not that bedroom 2 can be made up as a super king or a twin please request when booking.

Guest access
The barn is accessed through a private estate to the property which has its own private parking. To the rear of the property there is a private outside dining area and lawn with panoramic views of the valley.

This property is not suitable for children 6 year old and under as they would need to be constantly supervised outside due to the nature of the garden with steep slopes and open terraces.

I have also worked away and spent some years in Bermuda running a seafood restaurant as well as working for a while in Argentina. We have recently moved to Dwygyfylchi near Conwy and have converting a barn to become our second Airbnb project(Garth Bach) which is set in 2 acres of garden on a private secluded estate overlooking the Suchnant Pass.
