The house is set in a quiet cul de sac at the back of a small/medium sized housing estate. The neighbours are all really friendly. It has beautiful views from the rear garden, which is a real sun trap & the beach is around a 25 minute walk. There is a bus stop within walking distance of the house. Unfortunately there are no trains locally. However you can catch a bus to Barnstaple (approx 1 hour) where you could get on the train if required.
