The lake house is your ultimate getaway, with a huge kitchen complete with all dishes and cooking items, indoor wood burning fireplace, office, spacious 5 bedrooms, 2 bath with bright natural lighting! Outdoor screen room, propane firepit and heater located on the huge new private deck overlooking gorgeous private backyard. Covered BBQ with two dining tables/chairs plus patio furniture. , loads of parking, and enjoying family BBQ’s and drinking wine at sunset out on the deck every night!

The space
At the lake house there is a huge kitchen complete with all dishes and cooking items, gas/electric oven, wifi, wood burning FP and lots of games, puzzles, DVDs and Netflix to watch on rainy days! Large table for games and dining too. Large Screen room with TV outside, propane firepit and heater located on the Huge new private deck overlooking gorgeous southwest facing private backyard… perfect for yard games and enjoying the fire at night. Covered BBQ and eating area with two dining tables/chairs plus patio furniture. 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bath home complete with outside hot shower, fresh bath and beach towels, fresh new linens and pillows, firepit, pond, flowers, loads of parking, plus an extra guest house that sleeps 2. Second row is usually 5 degrees warmer and no wind! Enjoy boating, skiing, tubing, golfing, shopping, walking, yoga on the deck, going to the spa, yard games, biking, skateboarding, and relaxing on comfy patio furniture, watching TV at night in the screen room, and enjoying family BBQ’s and drinking wine at sunset out on the deck every night!

This home is located on the North shores of Pigeon Lake… one hour SW of Edmonton, 15 minutes from the Village of PL with full amenities… Essentials Spa, groceries, liquor, dining, clothing and gift stores, bike rental shop, gas bar and more. We are within 20 minutes of 5 golf courses, including Dorchester Ranch and Blackbull, two minutes to AJ’s Gasbar and convenience store, ten minutes to Thorsby with its beautiful grocery store and butcher shop, carwash, hardware store. Sundance Beach has hiking/biking/walking/cross country ski trails, parks, a hall for large gatherings, and a sandy beach and day park five minutes walk away from the house. There is a public boat launch 5 minutes away in Mulhurst and you can tether your boat for the day on our private pier if its calm out.
