"A Great Calm" is a personally owned, cleaned, and managed condo in the luxurious Sanctuary Condominiums located right on the beach. This bright and spacious condo is perfect for all beach and bay enthusiasts! The ocean waves, sand dunes, hiking and biking in the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve and Little Island Park are just a stone's throw away.

The space
The open floor plan provides plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out. The TV ( Roku and DVD player) will catch you up on the day’s events or maybe a movie night. The sliding glass doors open into the private balcony overlooking one of the 3 pools. The balcony seating is the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops and is fully equipped with everything you will need for special meals. Many kitchen appliances including a popcorn maker, an ice cream maker, a Keurig coffee maker, Instant Pot, toaster, and hand-pressed juicer can be used for delectable treats! The counter doubles as a breakfast nook with bar stools for a quick snack.

Linens, towels and beach towels are included.

The assigned garage-level storage closet has beach gear including, a beach cart, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs.

Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles under building B. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space.

No parking is available for recreational vehicles (examples: boat, golf cart, or jet ski) or additional vehicles (more than 2).

The parking garage height restriction is 6' 8". If you have a rooftop carrier or an oversize vehicle, parking is available in the front of the building, first come first serve.
