This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies.

In the heart of West Sussex, only a 90 minute train ride from London & 15 mins from near by attractions Brighton, The south downs, Goodwood, Chichester & Arundel.

The space
Originally built in 1931 the tower was left derelict for over 10 years or so before being fully renovated and refurbished, with the works only recently completed by ourselves in June 2021. The space has been cleverly split over 4 floors, each floor accessed by the new addition of a spiral staircase extension. As you enter the ground floor level you will find a small entrance hall that leads into the kitchen which is a bespoke handmade plywood kitchen finished off with a super cool gold Lusso Stone sink and tap and stunning stone worktops. On the first floor is the luxurious bathroom, in herringbone marble stone with a walk in shower and a full sized bath tub looking out to the sea & the river mouth. On the third floor you will find the bedroom with double doors leading out onto a cosy balcony, lay in bed at night and listen to the calming sound of the ocean, and finally on the top floor you will find the beautiful vaulted ceiling living space, with widows either side and double doors leading out onto a larger balcony again over looking the sea and the river mouth. There is a super comfortable double futon sofa bed on the top floor that can accommodate extra guests.

Each floor is carefully thought out and styled to a high standard with gorgeous throws and soft furnishings so even on a dark and stormy day you will still enjoy curling up and soaking in the incredible sea views.

Guest access
There is no parking on the premises as The Little Lookout is directly on the seafront. Use the postcode provided to get you to Littlehampton seafront then when you arrive you will see WEST GREEN car park, there is a Harvester restaurant in the car park. You can park here for a small fee of £8 per day. Once parked The Little Lookout is a short 1 minute walk through the car park on the beach.

Directly as you step out of The Little Lookout you are on the promenade which stretches for miles. Heading east you will find a selection of cafes and takeaway coffee shops including newly opened The Beach Cafe, and heading west there are beautiful harbour / river walks leading to the historic Littlehampton Fort.
