Nice apartment with a beautiful sea view, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Madrague a few minutes from the 2 nd city of France between sea and hills. Two rooms (54m2), very bright and quiet. It is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small building 1 min on foot from the first bath, 3 min from the hiking departures. The apartment was refurbished in 2020 and is suitable for people who respect the premises and the environment.

The space
The apartment consists of a small entrance opening onto a large living space kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is bright because opened by a high bay on the living room. There is a large shower with views of the hills, a sink and a hanging toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (cooking piano, dishwasher, and small fridge,... )it also overlooks the hills to the south. The living room consists of a new and relatively comfortable sofa bed. Sitting there we see the sea and the good mother. In the bedroom there is a new and comfortable bedding in 160cm and a wardrobe.
The apartment does not have air conditioning but its orientation and the fact that it is traversing brings a gentle current of air very pleasant in summer even by the high heat. A mosquito net is installed in summer.

The apartment was refurbished in 2020 , it is located in a village heart appreciated by the calm that reigns there. It is suitable for careful people (fragile furniture, stone worktop,...). Ideal for a couple, pets, parties and evenings are not allowed.
