Our beautiful and cozy apartment on the 16th floor is situated in the heart of the Saburtalo area, conveniently close to all amenities and just a 2-minute walk from Medical University metro station and other public transport. The Old city is in 15-minutes driving distance.
There is private, covered parking, a secure enclosed yard for residents and a children’s playground at the building.
There are cafe Ska and restaurant Paul for perfect meals in the building.

Hi! We are Gita and Raivis - Latvians living in Georgia, Tbilisi. We have 2 children - beautiful princesses. Furthermore, we like to travel a lot. We have experience living in different countries for a longer time periods. We lived for 2 years in Kiev, Ukraine. And now we live in Georgia, Tbilisi. We have collected different experiences about guest services from a lot of countries to become very good hosts for our guests and enables us to provide comfortable stay in our apartment. We offer European level service in Georgia to our guests. We are children and pet friendly. We traveled a lot with our kids from their first months. Our youngest daughter was only 10 days old, when we moved to Ukraine. We understand the needs of families with kids. We moved to Georgia, already with 2 kids and 2 cats - Donas Sphynx. We will do our best to let you feel comfortable and relaxed in our apartment!
