Escape to the serene surroundings of High Rock Lake with this fully-equipped 4-bed and 1-bath property. Perfect for indoor and outdoor entertainment, the home features a 70" TV, pool table, 1 gig internet, and a gas grill, as well as a living/game room complete with a ringing the bull game. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Southmont Wildlife Boat Ramp and Board and Batten Wedding Venue.

The space
Unwind in the spacious living room/game room with 11' ceilings. Convenient full kitchen and laundry inside. Upstairs, enjoy the large loft area with high ceilings and partial lake views. Need more space? We have two lakefront properties located just 4 minutes away can be found on vacayvibes.fun.

Guest access
You will have full access to the apartment, but no garage access.

Other things to note
Our property is across the road from the lake, and there is no lake access in the neighborhood. The Southmonth and Wildlife fishing and ramp access is 10 minutes away.

We kindly request that all guests respect our rules and Airbnb's guidelines by avoiding any parties at the property. If a violation occurs, the reservation may be cancelled.

To ensure a seamless stay, please let us know in advance if you will be having any guests visit who are not included on the reservation.

Awesome neighborhood for adults. The neighborhood is super friendly, everyone waves when they run, walk, drive by in their car or golf cart.

Riverview Road Ext is a dead end road, so there is not a lot of traffic.
