Please read our 54 reviews! We have a 5.0 average based on past rentals. Our completely renovated 1300 square foot condo has a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms with extra pillows and blankets. The master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bath. Second bedroom has a new queen over queen bunk bed, and third bedroom has 2 new twin beds. The sectional sofa folds out to a full size bed with extra linens and pillows stored in the chase side of the sofa.

The space
The fully stocked kitchen with custom cabinets is completely brand new as are the floors throughout. The large family room has a mounted 65" TV with cable and streaming ability. All the bathrooms have been completely re-done with heated river rock floors and custom tile walls. Enjoy the cool summer nights from the deck while listening to Gore creek and peering at the Gore Mountain range. Like most homes in Vail, please be aware that there is no central air conditioning. We have several fans for use in the condo.

Guest access
There is free parking outside the condo. Driving is easy, but the Vail shuttle system is amazing. We love it to go do activities or dinner in the village and avoid having to drive, park and trek.

Other things to note
The pool is for summer use only. We recommend you buying a daily pass to nearby Vail Racquet Club during the winter months for their heated outdoor pool and hot tubs.

Neighbourhood highlights

As a residential area, East Vail offers peace and tranquility as well as sweeping views of its high alpine surroundings. There are numerous hiking trails within walking distance, miles of bike paths into the village or across Vail Pass along with several waterfalls along the north facing slopes. Close by to our condo is the outdoor swimming pool and recently resurfaced tennis courts - it's only open during the summer. Our condo is located 1/4 mile away from Vail Racquet Club VRC which has a pool, hot tubs, full gym, tennis courts, saunas, steam room and a coffee shop. A nominal daily gym fee per day per person enables unlimited access.
A small grocery store and liquor store are just down the road if you need any last-minute ingredients, while larger supermarkets are located 5 miles away in West Vail.
