There is free wifi access for the quest. Each bedroom has safe deposit box.
• On the day of arrival the guests have to give to the staff of Lofiel Apartments their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. The documents have to be returned within 24 hours, except the document of the person who made the booking. This document will be returned on the check out date.
• Partying in apartment and bringing other guests to the apartment is not allowed without permision of Lofiel Apartments manager.
• Loud music in apartment is not allowed aft(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)pm). Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests of Lofiel Apartments.
• Please take care of the apartment. The guest who causes damage to Lofiel Apartments property on purpose or by accident will have to make restitution for the full amount of the damage. The amount of the damage has to be paid before departure.
• Lofiel Apartments’ accessories (towels, pillows, blankets, etc) are not allowed to be taken out of the apartment. It is not allowed to use towels provided by Apartments Lofiel to take them to the beach, or to clean shoes, floor, tables, etc. If you need additional cleaning material, please ask the staff to provide it. If you need towels for the beach, they can be rented for 10 euro per piece for all time of your stay in Lofiel Apartments.
• We kindly ask you to turn off the air condition and lights when leaving the room.
• We kindly ask you to keep you apartment clean. Lofiel Apartments is not a hotel that provides 24 hours cleaning service. If you need anything (fresh towels or sheets, etc.), please ask the staff of Lofiel Apartments.
• Please report the loss of the key of your apartment immediately to the staff of Lofiel Apartments.
• Please immediately inform the staff of any defects or faults in the apartment or possible dissatisfaction with the service.
• On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 14:00. The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.
• The manager of Lofiel Apartments can cancel the service and accommodation for the guests who do not respect house rules. In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation, regardless the shorter stay.
