My first stay using bnb and the experience couldn't have been better. The room was lovely with crisp clean sheets, comfy pillows, fresh flowers, fresh fruit etc. Its a very welcoming busy household with children and another guest, but that made it very homely. It was lovely to sit out in the garden when the sun came out. Very convenient for local shops, transport links etc but far enough away from the main roads to be quiet. I'd definitely stay again if I need to be in the area and there is a room free.

I spent a lovely 4 weeks at Michelle's wonderful home and wish I could have stayed longer. The house is beautiful and the area is safe and very close to transport links. This was my first experience with AirBnB and it couldn't have gone better! Thank you!!

Michelle's place is a gem of a find tucked away in a quiet area in London but still close enough to the city centre. It's a very comfortable place to stay and feels like home with Michelle and her family's kind hospitality. Her children are well-behaved and the family dog Charlie is a friendly old chap and endears to guests in no time. It's a truly lovely household with great respect for personal space. Michelle's friendly, caring and always ready to help regardless of how busy she is. I would highly recommend her place!

I had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s place. Michelle and Andy were great hosts, very friendly and helpful for any questions I had. The house is big, clean and comfortable, and it is located about 3/4 minutes from New Cross Gate train station (Sainsbury is just opposite the station). I would recommend it for both long term and short term stays!

I really enjoyed staying with Michelle and her family. The house is really close to New Cross Gate Station and also buses which take you directly into London. I had a beautiful room overlooking the London city.. At night the street and house were very quite, so sleep was easily achieved. I would've loved to have stayed on for longer as they were all so hospitable and the house was so welcoming.

Can do no better than stay with Michelle & family, has immac choice of rooms as seems popular if need to visit offspring like us at Goldsmiths College, New Cross. Just go for 'gold' yourself ? Recommended stay.

My experience was absolutely wonderful!!! Michelle and Andrew were most welcoming, a true pleasure to get acquainted with and talk to. Michelle made me feel at home and was full of information about hidden gems in London's beautiful South-East. The room is spacious with a breathtaking view of the London skyline, and the kitchenette very convenient. The children too are very lovely. I felt safe and cared for. If I ever have the chance of staying with Michelle and Andrew again I will most certainly do so!!!
