Absolutely stunning views looking out over Looe River and Harbour. Enjoy dining in style with arguably one of the best harbour views in Looe, whilst the sun sets over the ancient woodland and river estuary. Wake up to the fresh sea air and take a short 5 minute walk down to the gentle sands of Looe Beach with beautiful Looe Island in the background. Harbourways is conveniently situated just 2 minutes walk right into the centre of Looe High Street with all the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The space
This Victorian row of terraced houses occupies an enviable position in the town with it's fantastic views and close proximity to the beach and shops.

The home itself has many original Victorian features such as high ceilings and ornate tiled floors yet comes with all the modern comforts you would expect. Everything has been carefully chosen to provide you with a home from home and we have tried to make your stay as easy as possible. Harbourways has been freshly painted, comes with brand new carpets throughout and all furnishings are brand new as well (2021).

This second floor flat has a shared entrance way, leading up a short flight of stairs to a spacious living and dining room with stunning views out over the harbour. The well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet are also on this same level. Stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, a smaller twin single room to the rear with an option to push the beds together, with the main bedroom overlooking the harbour to the front. With a new king size bed and room for a travel cot if needed, the night time views of the harbour lights will give you plenty to dream about!

We can provide all the bulky paraphernalia associated with young children - cots, high chairs, bed rails, stair gates, changing mat etc

Although you are so close to the town, beaches and harbour, the flat is set higher up the hill, on a very quiet, narrow road with minimal traffic - a few cars per day. You will enjoy peace and quiet whilst still being in the heart of Looe. It is a very welcoming, helpful and friendly street with excellent quiet, neighbours.
