Large house with pool in Altabrisa, one of the best areas in Mérida, a few blocks from Plaza Altabrisa, StarMédica Hospital, restaurants and cinema. 4 minutes from ADO Transportation. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a master bedroom with TV, Sky, all with air conditioning. Ground floor with terrace/TV room closed and open if you wish, it has air conditioning to cool this area a little. Living room, dining room, kitchen WITHOUT air conditioning. And WIFI

Large 2-story house: ground floor with living room, half bathroom, dining room, kitchen, enclosed TV room/terrace with Sky, with full bathroom and pool.
