During your stay
The host and co-host will be available to cover your needs. You only need to call us or text us at the phone number that you will be provided when your reservation is confirmed. Our living residence is in the same area, some kms far.
The pool must be kept in good condition for the enjoyment of the guests, an employee will go outside to maintain it every two days. We will send a message through the platform to notify you. It is the guest's responsibility to review the messages sent. This will usually be early in the morning or in the evening. If your stay is short, we ask you to use the net to clean the insects or leaves that have fallen inside. If the pool level is low, please refill it as necessary.
