Jeremys studio is small but nice. Perfect size for 2 people. Bed was very comfortable and the people in his building were nice. Just a few blocks from the apollo and subway. Apartment was clean but did have a little dog hair here and there. No biggie to me. Im not allergic. Kitchen fully stocked and very nice bathroom. The view was AMAZINGGGG!! Especially at night! Jeremy was very friendly abd prompt. Would definitely recommend and book again with him
Jeremy was a very helpful and welcoming host. The apartment has nice furniture, it is well-equipped and close to the subway. It is rather small, but it's not an issue if there is only two people staying there. Jeremy did a good job cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, but there was definitly some dog hair left in the living room/bedroom. It's not a big deal, though, if you're not allergic to it.
The location was terrific. No hustle bustle and close to the subway. Great view. The folks at the building were friendly and helpful. Inside the apartment Jeremy had made us most welcome. The apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with necessities. He had the "house rules" printed out and an assortment of toiletries for us just like a fancy guest house does. But most of all he was a professional and a gentleman. He responded immediately and with warmth to all of our questions and requests.
Though Jeremy was out of town when we arrived, he was very attentive via text and made sure my boyfriend and I got into his apartment with no trouble. His apartment is a small studio with a full kitchen-- good size for 2... and the view is spectacular. Bed is a full size, but very comfortable. Location is convenient... we didn't spend too much time around Harlem, but the apartment is only a few blocks away from the express trains A and D which can take you into midtown within 15-20 minutes and all the way to Brooklyn in about 35-40. The neighborhood isn't the "safest". I was ok because I was with my boyfriend, but I probably wouldn't walk alone from the subway late night. Uber! My only major complaint is the amount of dog fur that got on our clothing. It's everywhere! We were not told that he lives with his dog so luckily neither of us are allergic-- so just a warning: if you are allergic to dogs, this may not be the place for you. Overall, we had a great stay and Jeremy was super attentive and a great host.
We had a great experience with Jeremy and his studio. His place was just what we needed for our stay in NY. There is a subway station near his apartment with an Express train that will bring you right in the city in 10minutes. Jeremy made sure that we had everything we needed and always responded super fast to any of our questions.
