The space
Private cottage set back from the road in a secluded area. Very peaceful and comfortable, yet close to local amenities. The Cottage is next to the main house on the property.

Guest access
Access to fenced area with pool by arrangement with hosts. Pool needs to be uncovered, etc. and swimming at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
Front yard areas available for walking or walking your pet. Please clean up after them.

Other things to note
There may be an orange outside cat around the house or deck area. Just shoo them off if they bother you. They are friendly. 🐈 We also have a small dog who may bark but is very friendly (and cute) 🐶

We are secluded but close to the local market, town park, and 7 minutes from additional shopping areas. There are many state parks in nearby Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and Filmore Glen in Moravia. Ithaca also has Stewart Park at the end of the lake which is free and has picnic areas, trails, playground and carousel. Cayuga wine trail is also close.
