This gorgeous modern villa is situated along the highly sought-after Bellapais Road, within just a couple of minutes' drive from the famous Bellapais Abbey and the picturesque Bellapais Village with its cobbled streets and popular restaurants and wedding venues. The villa is also just a 5 minute drive from Central Kyrenia with its Horseshoe Harbour dotted with cafes and restaurants and the dramatic Kyrenia Castle. Restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, and all other amenities are also just a few minutes' drive.

While within easy reach of everything you might need, the villa sits on a quiet elevated position, boasting stunning sea and mountain views. It's bright and airy, furnished with your every comfort in mind, making this an ideal get-away for anyone looking for peace and quiet while being within easy reach of amenities.

There is free wi-fi available with a Smart TV, and there's 200 units of electric per week included in the rent - the meter is read before arrival and after check-out with any excess calculated at £0.35 per unit - guests are very welcome to monitor their own usage via the meter outside.

Other things to note
Please note that there is a stray dog (and sometimes a cat!) on the street which the host and neighbours feed and look after. It's a very friendly dog so has a tendency to jump over the wall to greet our guests!
