Our luxury spacious 3 bedroom apartments offer top of the range comfort! Plenty of room for 6 guests with option for 2 extras. The space

Beachlife Apartments are luxury 4.5 star accommodation offering 3 king bedrooms with the option to add 2 further singles in the study. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. This self catering option allows for meals to be prepared in the top of the range kitchen which is equipped with just about everything you would have at home. The outside balcony offers a quiet cool space overlooking Darwin Harbour with comfortable furniture to chill out and relax with an early morning coffee or to enjoy an afternoon drink of your favourite beverage.

Everything is here for your total comfort and enjoyment. Free Wifi, undercover parking, Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Own BBQ, Aircon in each room, full ensuite, main bathroom and an extra powder room and a well equipped laundry.

We are available to our Guests by phone which is constantly monitored if you need any assistance during your stay

The Darwin CBD is unique because of its small village like layout. The many tourist attractions, shops, cafes and some very good restaurants are right on your doorstep and the Darwin Waterfront, Wharf and Wavepool are just a 5 minute walk from our accommodation.

If you do want to go a little further afield, such as the Mindl Markets, Casino or Casuarina Square Shopping Precinct, then taxis are cheap and readily available. There is also a good regular public transport service

Rates are for up to 6 people occupying 3 bedrooms (either twin beds or 1 king in each). There is an additional charge for each person occupying additional bedding

Other things to note

We require a $500 security deposit. Rather than a cash payment you can secure this against a current credit card. No transaction occurs if the apartment is returned to us in a similar condition to how you found it. General everyday cleaning is acceptable but a very dirty apartment, breakages or damage will incur a charge. Your card details will be requested by us after your booking has been received and before access to the apartment is given.

Our Apartments are located within a residential apartment building so most of our neighbours live here full time. In this regard we ask for our guests to act respectfully and treat the complex amenities with care and to also be mindful of noise. No parties or gatherings are allowed.
Smoking is restricted to the small back balcony only. No smoking allowed in the apartment or main balcony.

Had a wonderful stay at Denise's. It's a modern concise style apartment, super cozy and beautiful. You can get everything you need here just as staying at home. Walking distance to city and everything. Denise was very helpful. I found myself left my hair straightener after checking out, she still helped me to collect it. Highly recommend

Denise's apartment was just as described and great for a week away for 3 retired couples ( but would suit families and younger people as well) . Easy walk to the waterfront and main steet. Easy access to shops. We had a car, but it would be easy to get around by public transport. Breakfast supplies were a lovely surprise and much appreciated

Beautiful apartment. Very clean (apart from a couple of bugs on arrival). Great size for 5 adults. Very spacious. Excellent facilities and personal touches by Denise with excellent location walking distance to waterfront and Mitchell street. Would definitely recommend!

I apologise re annoying bugs, being in the tropics is always a battle to keep on top of them especially as you arrived at night (they seem to hide during the day).
