The space

This one-bedroom unit has everything you need for a short visit to the Boston area. The bedroom is quiet and comfortable, and the kitchenette/sitting area gives you space to relax after a day of visiting friends or family or seeing the sites!

You will have a full bath with a clawfoot tub/shower, and the couch in the kitchenette/living space can be used for a third party to sleep. While there is no oven, we do provide a large countertop oven as well as a hot plate and electric kettle. Full size refrigerator is also in the kitchenette.

We may or may not be around, but we are always available for questions or concerns by phone or email.

Brookline Village is both convenient to Downtown Boston, the Longwood Medical Area, and many of the colleges that fill the Boston area, and a beautiful neighborhood unto itself, a little getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Many excellent restaurants are within a five minute walk, the T is a few minutes away and whisks you right downtown, and Coolidge Corner, about a fifteen minute walk, has one of the best movie theaters in the country, showing both first run independent films as well as classics. Fenway Park is a long walk or a quick T or car ride. Use our comfortable and convenient apartment for all your Boston area needs!!

We don't have any parking available, but the police station is across the street and they can provide info on visitor parking and sell visitor parking passes. No overnight parking on the street, unfortunately, but visitor spots in parking lots are nearby. We can help you coordinate that!

We stayed at Joshua's lovely apartment for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay!!! We met him on arrival and he was very helpful from the first moment and throughout the stay! It was so nice to have tea, milk, coffee and snacks waiting on the kitchen counter as we had just planned on heading out to get some! The whole place is very cozy and close to many restaurants. Perfect if you wish to have a quiet stay near Boston ☺️ We'd definitely recommend Joshua as a host!

A great location for a short stay in Boston. Convenient for the eateries at Coolidge Corner, and for access to the T into the city. Good communication and a comfortable stay. Thanks!

Joshua's place was conveniently located near the T and was very affordable. While parking was not available based on our schedule, we were able to park in Riverside and take the T in. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the station and the area is very nice.

Brookline is a fun part of Boston to be in, especially for a couple (good eateries and bars). We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but it's a very cute small space if you want to explore the Boston area. Joshua was very easy to get in contact with and we didn't have any issues with the AirBnB!

The place was great, neatly kept, and the privacy was excellent. The living area is cute and comfortable, and despite the bed being a futon, it is also very comfortable. The kitchenette is useful, great if you want to cook or make coffee. Floors are a little thin, so you can hear footsteps but it's not loud at all. A respectful level of sound is expected but we were fine talking at a normal level and watching Netflix. The surrounding town has plenty of cute restaurants within walking distance, and if you're willing to walk ~15 minutes you can go to Otto's pizza (which we did). It has excellent food! The only issue is with overnight parking but after 8pm, you can purchase an overnight parking pass for the Kent/Webster lot for $10. Josh was great, and very responsive to texts when we had questions.
