My 25m² studio, which is my also primary residence when not made available on Airbnb.
Located in the 20th arrondissement, Saint-Fargeau !
Fully equipped, it features a ground-floor terrace, is well soundproofed, and offers excellent value for anyone wishing to explore Paris or settle in for a longer professional stay.
I have slightly altered the layout of the flat and completely refurbished the kitchen since the photographs were taken, the space remains every bit as comfortable nonetheless ☀️
The space
A recently refurbished studio, enjoying peace and quiet with no visual or noise disturbance. It features a comfortable double bed, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped and newly renovated kitchen, as well as a bathroom with WC.
Bed linen and bath towels are, of course, freshly prepared, and I will personally cleane the place prior to your arrival !

Arrival and access to the property are very straightforward. We will go through the details together after your booking, but it is generally quite flexible, and I am more than happy to adapt to your needs without any difficulty !
Other things to note
A terrace is at your disposal, however, out of consideration for the neighbours, I kindly ask that you refrain from any noise disturbance outdoors (no music and no parties) !
This is my primary residence, and I place my full trust in you to treat it as you would your own. I make it available when I travel to the south-west of France to visit my parents, and I take great care to leave it for you in the very best possible condition. ❤️
