I didn't actually meet Lesley as she was away when we were staying at her Casa. However all correspondence leading up to our stay was wonderful and very helpful.

This was our second stay at Casa Aurora and we loved it once again! Great location, lovely pool, and perfect house for our family of four. Tony was helpful, friendly and super easy to work with during our stay. We had a lovely visit.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing Casa for our honeymoon this past week and it exceeded our expectations. The Casa is beautifully decorated and spacious. We utilized the master suit and the view from bed is incredible! The bed is also muy comfy and the air in the room is perfect to keep you cool at night! The bathroom is amazing you get a jungle view while you shower. The outdoor space was the best part of the stay. The pool is very private and the best way to cool off during the day. Not to mention that view! The outdoor living space is amazing to have breakfast or take a nap. We spent a good bit of time enjoying the outdoor space. The location for us was PERFECTO! We rented a golf cart to get around but everything is close enough it wouldn’t be necessary- we used the golf cart to lug all of our beach necessities back and forth. The main town is about a 5 minute walk which also has a beach- you can not hear the noise from town at this Casa, there is construction going on all around town so you can occasionally hear this but it did not bother us or take away from the experience we had one bit! The Casa is also a 5-7 minute walk to one of the more private beaches where we spent our week. The property manager was extremely friendly and was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall this Casa was perfect for the honeymoon of a lifetime and we hope to return frequently as we are now in love with Sayulita and all of its wonder!

Casa aurora was even more beautiful than in the pictures! The house was very clean with beautiful local artwork throughout. The pool was so relaxing after exploring the city. The jungle was such a gorgeous view to wake up to every day. Also Toni was so great! He met us at the house after helping our cab driver find it and was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and even arranged our taxi back to airport. Thanks again for the great experience! We will definitely be back again!

I think everything has been said about the wonderful house and pool in previous comments and I agree: The place itself is great - if everything works. Unfortunately, we had to deal with limited access to ac and fans for about half of our one-week-stay and my husband had to fight an electrical fire in the outdoor area. We had a lot of excitement :-). Also, during the rainy season the roof leaks in several places, so there was a lot of mopping involved in our morning routines. On the bright side, the property manager, Tony was super helpful and always there when needed. However, even for him, there is only so much that can be done if electricians don't show up and make you wait all day or show up late, or need all day to fix stuff so you are not able to use the pool area. I would definitely come here again, but not during the rainy season. I think it has to do with the slow time in town, that there are construction sites all around. Unfortunately also right across the street. They don't work on Sundays, but during the rest of the week, starting every morning at 7:30 on the dot, jackhammer and all. We tried to avoid the noisiest times of the day by going to the Playa de Los Muertos or to town, but it just wasn't as relaxing as I would have hoped it would be. Sayulita itself is a great little town with super friendly people and some of the best food we ever ate and I would come back in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay here. This is a tranquil oasis away from the crazy bustle of downtown Sayulita but yet still close to everything. We enjoyed Playa de los Muertos and Playa Norte away from the crowds of the main beach. The view of the jungle is stunning and we enjoyed the peace and privacy, as well as the sound of the birds. It is a short walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Leslie, her son, and Tony, the property manager in Salyuita were very responsive and informative, with detailed instructions to come from the airport. The house was beautiful, secluded and the courtyard pol had jungle views as advertised. There were lots of biting bugs in the courtyard, but that was probably because we came in the rainy season. The 10 minute walk to town was easy and the Playa de los Muertos just down the street from the house was a nice change of pace from the main beach.

My husband and I fell in love with Sayulita, Mexico in 2010 on our
first visit here. We were captivated by the beautiful beaches, lush jungles, friendly welcoming people and the delicious food and amazing restaurants.
Our casa is decorated with a collection of Mexican Art and crafts from many regions of Mexico.
