A perfectly located 18th century agricultural stone barn (1.8m from Windermere). Revamped with modern amenities, but still with a rustic feel.

Situated on our Stud Farm just outside Windermere in the village of Ings, a stones throw from the village pub, farm shop and local cafe.

Directly accessed off the main road and beside the bus stop with direct links to a number of walks/cycle passes.

This upmarket Bunkbarn is one of a kind with secure parking, storage and catering for disabled people.

The space
The Bunk Barn has three separate bedrooms to accommodate 3, 4, and 6 people. There is a washroom/wetroom with 2 showers, a disabled washroom and two separate toilets. A state of the art biomass system provides the heating and hotwater. The large open plan kitchen come dinning area has all the mod cons needed, and leads onto a large living area.

There is a commercial size washing machine in the barn

Underneath the bunk house is a bike wash down area and secure storage and drying room.

This is an ideal location for large groups of all ages wanting to explore the Lake District and local areas

Ideally catering for groups who want to enjoy the lake district by bike. The barn is in the same village as biketreks and wheelbase is a mile away in Staveley. There are washdown, storage and drying facilities on the property.
