The condo is part of the welcoming The Branches community. It is set on Sugar Mountain Ski Resort with access to slopes (must buy lift ticket separately), hiking, and biking trails.

The picturesque town of Banner Elk is nearby (10 min) with plenty of great restaurants, a scenic park, and art/craft, shopping, and entertainment.

30 minutes away is Blowing Rock and Boone for additional recreational activities as well as extensive dining options.

Some of our favorite activities at the condo and beyond:

❤️ Cooking dinner together in the kitchen
❤️ Mountain adventures: skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, hiking, biking... endless choices!

❤️ Visiting Linville Falls Winery and Grandfather Vineyard
❤️ Checking out fun festivals like Woolley Worm, Octoberfest, etc.
❤️ Visit nearby mountain towns like Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone (great for date nights!)
❤️ Hikes on Grandfather Mountain (or just driving by to check out the view)
