Private cottage in the front garden of the host’s home in Wilmslow, with free parking. The minute you enter you’ll feel right at home in your own stylish hideaway with comfortable furnishings. Entrance hall leads to a fully equipped kitchen (oven & hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge), table & chairs, desk, sofa, smart TV and electric fire. At first floor a relaxing spacious bedroom beckons and bright modern shower-room. Shared walled courtyard. Access to Motorway network /Manchester Airport.

Separate independent and private Coach House over 2 floors with separate private living
accommodation, private bedroom and bathroom accommodation (over 500 sq. ft.).

Entrance hall and stairs, Bosch washer dryer and under stairs storage, open plan living accommodation with underfloor heating including full size kitchen premium neff appliances, dinning and living space with Samsung Art Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Disney+).

Upstairs a large welcoming modern light filled bedroom with vaulted ceiling and plenty of storage and private shower room (Kartell fittings), walk in shower, heated towel rail and electric underfloor heating.

Outside is the Walled Courtyard with seating and table. Well lit at night. 2 keys provided.

An ideal place for work or rest, well located for enjoying the many delights of Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Cheshire. There’s an array of bars and restaurants for your leisurely lunch or tasty supper reflecting on the day. Manchester City Centre is accessible by road and rail through local stations and Manchester Airport is circa 4 miles.

Located in a semi rural location, accessible to plenty of local walks/nature trails, National Trust properties and parks. Within walking distance are open fields, tracks and bridleways, easily accessible just a few minutes walk via Upcast Lane (or see Wilmslow walks online). During summer months there regular cricket matches at Lindow Cricket Club, Upcast Lane. The Cricket club has a refurbished clubhouse and welcomes non members. For essentials there is corner shop, the Horse & Jockey Pub is within 200 yards and the Oakwood is within 500 yards.
