This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Laid-back Lyall offers a fantastic studio space in hip Lyall Bay 100m from the water. Close to the airport and a short walk to Wellingtons best cafes and bars. Below my home, the space is suitable for singles, couples, friends or a small family. Includes a Queen bed+ small adult bunk bed, shower, kitchenette, wifi, freeview, on demand TV and off street parking. Self check in/out to maintain your privacy. Complementary breakfast cereals +fruit. Looking forward to hosting you, cheers, Nick.

The space
Laid back Lyall is a cute self contained studio 1 min walk from the sea and views of Lyall bay. With a modern white look combined with native timbers, the place has a separate bathroom and kitchenette and private entrance. Close to the airport and Wellingtons best surf beach, its a great option for your stay in the coolest capital in the world.

Guest access
Entry is via the path to the left of the parking and then to to deck. A lockbox is adjacent to the door. The path can be steep for those with mobility issues. The upstairs is a separate private dwelling with separate entry.

Other things to note
Have a good look around the space. Towels, beach towels, clothes iron, hair dryer, books, games, kitchen stuff. Make yourself at home and help yourself to what's in the fridge.
