Sip your favorite cocktail under the shade of live oaks while watching boats pass by. More the active type, rent a 19' center console or launch your paddle board into Page's creek and explore the endless marshes and Intracoastal Waterway, all less than a mile away. This charming, peaceful home is newly renovated with a focus on maximum comfort and modern amenities for our guests to enjoy. We are kid friendly and the third bedroom includes a tv and couch for the kids to have their own space.

Where you’ll be

Wilmington, North Carolina, United States

Pages Creek Park is located approximately 1 mile from the property. There is a public parking lot which allows you access to a dock on Pages Creek. Paddle boards or kayaks may be launched from the dock. Pages Creek is a coastal marsh creek (which is navigable) which feeds into the Intra Coastal Waterway a short paddle away. There are miles of coastal marsh and barrier islands which can be accessed as you please. Paddle to your own private island and hang your hammock in the trees. If you don’t have your own equipment, we can facilitate on site delivery of rentals. Pages Creek is not only scenic but is a very popular fishing ground for Red Drum, Speckled Trout and Flounder depending on the season.

There are also power boat rentals within walking distance of the property. We can provide you with contact information prior to your trip if requested. Depending on availability, knowledgeable local captains can also be provided if you are not comfortable operating the boat on your own.

There are bottle shops, beer gardens, bars and brewery’s within a short drive or peddle. The “loop rd” is very popular with cyclists and the many neighborhoods making up the interior of “the loop” all interconnect and can be easily explored by beach cruiser. There are not bike lanes on the loop rd until you reach the “round about” which you can then access the public bike trail system which is a well maintained bike path to Wrightsville Beach. Many other areas of New Hanover County, including Historic Downtown are accessible (for the more ambitious riders).

There is something for everyone in our area, or perfect to relax on the deck or hammock and relax.
