The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a two-story house, halfway up Mount St Clair. It is oriented east / south, and has beautiful views of the sea, the harbor and the city of Sète. The center of Sète and its markets are at about 5 minutes, and the closest beach about 15 minutes on foot. Haven, perfect for a truly relaxing holiday.

The space
2 fresh bedrooms: the two equipped with two "Boxspring" beds of 180cm x 200cm (or 2 x 90cm beds when split). The second bedroom can be isolated from the rest of the apartment.
A sofa bed in the living room can add a bed for two.

Large terrace of 100m2, equipped with garden furniture with sun umbrellas, transat and barbecue.
