The area is surprisingly calm and quiet, knowing how close the property is from the city center.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a two-story house, halfway up Mount St Clair. It is oriented east / south, and has beautiful views of the sea, the harbor and the city of Sète. The center of Sète and its markets are at about 5 minutes, and the closest beach about 15 minutes on foot. Haven, perfect for a truly relaxing holiday.
