The space

This cozy 1 bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of this historic two-story home in 12South. It features original moldings and windows. There is a queen sized bed, couch for lounging, and a full kitchen. The laundry room is located on the main floor with a free washer and dryer - this space is shared with the tenants below. The apartment serves as an excellent home base for visiting Nashville for work or leisure. You are minutes away from anywhere you want to be in the Nashville area. 

Guest access

The house is divided into two separate units. Guests have access to the entire second floor which has a separate, private entrance on the backside of the house. The laundry room on the back side of the house is shared with the tenants of the main floor. One parking spot is available behind the house as well as street parking in front of the house.

Other things to note

Because the weekends tend to be our most popular time, we typically require a 3-night minimum and Friday and Saturday nights to be booked in the same reservation. Under certain scenarios, we can make exceptions to these rules so please don`t hesitate to ask if you are looking for a 2 night stay on the weekend or a Saturday arrival or departure!

Booking requirements:

If you are booking a reservation that begins or ends on a Saturday or a major holiday please inquire with us before booking. Also, if you are booking a same day reservation after 2 pm, please message us before booking so we can ensure the unit is clean and ready for you.

Please always inquire with us before booking if you will be bringing a pet; pets are considered on a case by case basis and additional fees will apply.

We may be able to make exceptions to the rules below depending on the situation so please don`t hesitate to ask!

Reservations are subject to cancellation if:

-The reservation begins or ends on a Saturday - we require Friday and Saturday to be booked together
-The reservation begins or ends on a major holiday - this includes but is not limited to: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
- A same day reservation is made past 2 pm and the unit is not ready and clean

During your stay:
1. Guests shall check out of the property at the checkout time and date of this agreement.
2. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs and damage should the premises be left in a lesser condition.
3. No smoking is permitted inside the property.
4. Guests shall not be permitted to have more than the number of persons stated above to reside or sleep on the premises.
5. Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. Creating a noise or disturbance likely to impact the surrounding property owners shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises with no refund of rents. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
6. Guests shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, etc, shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents.

Lastly, please treat the space like your own home. HAVE FUN!

The apartment was located in an awesome neighborhood! It was only about a block's walk to the start of many shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable to walk around and check out local shops. The apartment itself was pretty accurate to pictures and previous reviews. The only thing I would like to note is that in order to access the apartment, you need to either go to the back alley or walk around the back via the side of the house which didn't have a clear path. It was more of a dirt walkway with rocks and lots of bushes/trees covering the way which wasn't as easily accessible as you'd think. The back of the apartment contained a small wooden staircase to enter the apartment. If you'd have any difficulty carrying your luggage up a flight of steps, this place wouldn't be ideal for you. It's not handicap accessible if you need that. It worked out for my friend and I but it's important for others to know. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here... we were here for five days... And the Community is very nice and walkable... lots of great restaurants and shops... And really close down town Nashville... The apartment is real cozy and comfortable...

Staying here was great! I wasn't aware the area was going to be so lively and hip. There are a ton of great restaurants, bars, and shops a 5 min walk down the street. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The place is very close to great shops and restaurants. The pics in the profile are representative of the home, it has all the basics, is quiet, and just steps away from one of Nashville's best neighborhoods for food, drink, and shops.

Pro's. Great location, close to great restaurants and bars. Easy rideshare to the Gulch, Music Row or Lower Broadway Con's. Shower water pressure low and temp was like warm at the hottest setting. Bed was on the small side and lumpy

Good location, $7 Lyft ride downtown. The only two minuses for me was the bed was too soft and the parking space could be better graded.
