Lazy afternoons at the picturesque sandy beach within walking distance. A 7 min drive and you're enjoying a round of golf at Grand Pines championship golf course. Boating, hiking, swimming, fishing - it's all on your doorstep. Or just enjoy the seclusion - play some games, do a puzzle, read a book. It'll all about slowing down & reconnecting!

The space
Be one of the 1st to vacation at this new (2021) luxury cottage just 1 hour north of Winnipeg. Perched on a hill with Lake Winnipeg in the distance, this 3 bed / 2 bath 1500+ sf open concept is a vacationers paradise. Don't feel like heading to the beach - soak up the sunshine in the sandy back yard and still get that "beachy" feel. High end chef's kitchen with 10' quartz island. New LG appliances including dishwasher (after all...who wants to do dishes at the lake!). Grab a beer or glass of wine and start flippin burgers on the barbie. Cozy up in the evening around the electric fireplace or head outdoors & enjoy a night under the stars by the firepit - s'mores anyone??

The thoughtfully designed master bedroom has a comfy pillow top mattress and the oversized walk-in closet provides ample space for all your shorts and flip flops. The kiddos will have fun playing hop scotch in the kids room! Look up - is that a bike on the ceiling? The 3rd bedroom has a new "Bloom Cloud" bed. The layout of the cottage was chosen with privacy in mind. The master suite is on 1 side of the cottage (with it's own ensuite) and on the opposite side are the 2 other bedrooms along with the main bath.
