Our two floor maisonette will offer you a true Ionian experience! Located at Vathy, 50 meters from the Port of Vathy, very close to Supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, traditional taverns, bars and marina.
Our property is located in a quiet and well-placed neighborhood, where you can enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.

The space
It is an entire house with big windows and lots of light which comprises two levels. The maisonette includes two spacious and bright living room areas with double sofa-beds and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.
It also features 3 bedrooms; two of them with one double bed and one with two singles. All the bedrooms of the maisonette and the kitchen room are air conditioned.
The maisonette also has two bright bathrooms fully equipped!
The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, oven, microwave, and toaster.
The maisonette is equipped with free Wi-Fi, Cable and TVs.
The building is quiet, gated, safe, well maintained and a free parking area is also provided.
